What is your cancellation policy?
24-hour cancellation policy. To provide The Bespoke Float™ experience and ensure that we don’t lose spots for those who need a float, you must cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to move or cancel your spot. Any cancellations within 24 hours of their appointment will be charged in full.
What is your refund policy?
Because we are a service-based industry, and preparation goes in ahead of time to tailor your bespoke experience, all sales are final. Please let us know if there’s anything we can do to make your service more enjoyable or tailored to your preferences in the future.
How do I cancel my membership?
Memberships have no commitment and can be canceled anytime.
Please call us at +1 (303) 484-9132 to cancel your membership and talk about other options if you need to pause. If you’re going on a vacation or have fallen behind on your float practice, we have ways to help you get back on track to keep hitting your goals.
What appointment times are available?
All services are by appointment only during our hours:
- Our current hours are Monday-Friday 10AM – 8PM and Saturday & Sunday 10AM – 10PM.
- As of Nov. 1st, our hours are 9AM – 9PM, 7 days a week.
